How long will my bottle keep my drink hot?

Around 12 hours. There is a lot to consider here, including how hot the drink was when it entered the bottle, and how cold it is outside. We have tested our bottles… A lot! From hiking, to business, to swimming, to holidays. We have found that they stay at a drinkable temperature for around 12 hours, however some things could change this, for example if you open your 85-degree bottle in -5 degrees, it may cool down a bit! But don’t worry, they will stay warm long enough for you to enjoy!

 

How long will my bottle keep my drinks cold for?

Roughly 24 hours. As above, there are some things to think about, for example cold tap water will stay cold overnight, but lukewarm water may stay lukewarm! For best results, add an ice cube or two in. We tested this, and 9 hours later our ice cubes were still frozen, but then we got thirsty…

 

How do I wash my bottle?

Warm soapy water will get you the best results, please don’t pop it in the dishwasher or microwave!

 

 

Orders

How long will my order take

3-5 working days. Most orders go out same working day and we deliver with MyHermes. We also offer DPD next day, which if ordered before 3pm will be delivered on the next business day

We email or text you a tracking number after your order is placed.

When we start to prep the order and the delivery label is generated with the tracking number we will send another email informing you that we have processed your order and giving you a tracking number along with the URL where you can track it.

For European orders delivery is within 7 days.

Can I return my order?

We have a 30 day returns policy. Full details can be read on our Policies page. We offer a lifetime warranty on defects on all our products. 

Can I cancel my order?
